Pepsi MAX is launching a new festive pop-up designed to help Londoners escape seasonal stress. The Put It On Ice Bar opens at Westfield Square, White City from 11–13 December 2025. The experience encourages visitors to take a break from holiday pressure and enjoy a moment of calm.
Inspired by the Christmas campaign “It can wait, it’s Christmas after all,” the activation invites shoppers to slow down. It encourages them to pause their to-do lists and enjoy a more relaxed approach to the season.
A Festive Escape From the Holiday Rush
The Put It On Ice Bar will run for three days, offering free 20-minute bookable sessions. These slots provide a quiet break away from the busy shopping environment. In addition, the bar gives visitors a rare moment to unwind during one of the most hectic periods of the year.
What To Expect Inside the Put It On Ice Bar
Pepsi MAX Ice Bar Drinks
Guests can try a selection of winter-inspired cocktails and mocktails, including Glacier Zest, Polar Truffle and Hot Honey Fizz. Each drink has been created exclusively for the pop-up. As a result, visitors can expect flavours they won’t find elsewhere.
Pepsi Pong
Those feeling competitive can take part in Pepsi Pong. The game offers guests the chance to win exclusive Pepsi MAX festive merchandise such as sweater vests and socks. Furthermore, it adds a lively, interactive element to the experience.
Ice Photo Wall
The ice wall installation allows visitors to capture bold winter visuals for their social feeds. It also reinforces the idea of putting the daily routine “on ice.”
Free Christmas Shopping for Selected Visitors
Pepsi MAX is offering an additional festive treat. Some guests who pre-book a slot may have part of their Christmas shopping completed for free. Meanwhile, they can relax inside the bar and enjoy the full experience. This gesture aims to ease seasonal pressure and create a more enjoyable December.

Tickets for the Put It On Ice Bar are free and available to book through DesignMyNight. Guests can secure a dedicated 20-minute slot, with limited walk-ins offered each day. Booking ahead is strongly recommended due to high demand.
